Ecommerce 3D Secure integration

We require an experienced programmer to add 3D secure to the credit card module of our billing platform. The billing platform is Plesk Billing 6.0.3-1, the credit card module is Protx 2.21 and the CC processor is SagePay. We can supply an unencrypted copy of the Protx 2.21 module. Programmers who are a member of the SagePay development network would be preferred.
