48V, 1.5KW BLDC Drive Chiller for ice battery

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can design and create a 48V, 1.5KW BLDC Drive Chiller for an ice battery project. The deliverable will be the actual prototype shipped to Hong Kong for testing. Note this compressor must be DC electric drive. We want no submissions incorporating alternating current (AC) power.

Type: Scroll Compressor

Power Rating: 1.5KW

Voltage: 48V (DC)

Motor Type: Brushless DC (BLDC)

Coolant Discharge Temperature: -9°C, specifically designed for integration with an ice battery system

2. Operational Requirements for Prototype:

Variable Speed: Capable of efficient operation at variable speeds, particularly under solar power varying conditions.

Inverter Compatibility: Should be compatible with an inverter or a variable frequency drive (VFD) for dynamic speed control.

Efficiency: Expected to maintain high efficiency under both full and partial load conditions.

Thermal Management: Must include an innovative approach to manage heat effectively at various operational speeds.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience in designing and creating BLDC Drive Chillers.
