CSS Based Video Template

I need this image converted to a CSS based web template with the following functionalities

1) The lower row will slide left or right using jquery. The page cannot refresh.

2) When the user clicks on the image of this row, it will play an FLV movie on the center of the orange cloud. The page cannot refresh.

3) There will be a default FLV movie on the center of the orange cloud

4) For now, use any FLV player and it will be wrapped by a DIV with a border

5) Each movie will have a thumbnail that will go on the sliding row.

6) The whole template needs to be centered with a silver border and rounded corners and needs to work on IE6 to IE8

7) There needs to be a repeating background which I do not have the image yet.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
