I am searching for an Excel expert who possesses strong skills in Macro programming.
I have different excel files organized in different directories with the same data structure.
I need to create a main excel that contain all this data in only one sheet with an automation. (This process needs to be done every 15 days, so needs to be automated)
What we do now is to enter to each sheet and copy the data into a main excel and its a lot of manual work.
Some requeriments:
1) the row on each excel sheet needs to be added to the main file only when the column 2 ("Fecha de ingreso (dd/mm/aaaa)" is not empty, if not the row should be not consider.
2) There should not be empty rows in the "Main excel"
3) The titles should appear only once in the main excel, as the data structure is the same.
4) Column BN should be the "source excel name of the row"
5) Column BO should be the subdirectory name of the "source excel name of the row"
6) Column BP should be the previous subdirectory name of the "source excel name of the row"
For example the file is contained in: RM.2023->TilTil->Planilla_registro_SPLV_2023_AltosdelHuerto
RM.2023 name should be in column BP, TilTil name should be in column BO and Planilla_registro_SPLV_2023_AltosdelHuerto
The idea is to put all the data in only one excel sheet with the same data structure and keep the information of the files and subdirectories that this data was organized.
