1. Process Documentation Study:
Process documentation:Conduct interviews and walk through exercise to understand current processes and documentation.
2. Analysis of current levels of standardization:
Process flow and operations management methods
IT Tools and Utilization
Quality Checks and Process Controls
Communication and Reporting
Standardization opportunity identification and Impact analysis
3. Process Improvements
Study the factors influencing the quality of the process output
Identification of key improvement areas and Waste elimination opportunities.
We require Consultants who has experience in Quality Management, Operations, Six Sigma, Lean, Documentation of processes, with a goal to improve the processes.
Location : Hyderabad
Duration : 3 Months.
