Fund Raising Proposal for Rehab of Cancer patients -- 2

We are an organization addressing the needs of head and neck cancer patients. Many patients lose a part of their body to cancer; an artificial substitute like an artificial jaw, eye,ear or nose can have a huge impact in restoring lost functions and self confidence to move on in life.

We would like to a prepare a funding proposal and reach out to potential donors: individual and organizations to help us fund treatment costs of non affording patients.

We would like to propose a percentage of funds raised as remuneration instead of a per hour cost.
