Redesign and Code Full Responsive Ecommerce Magento Site

We are looking for a Redesign and coding of our current Magento Site - [url removed, login to view]

We'd like the Main page Redesigned as well as the inner product page.

Color pattern can remain the same , white background.

Looking for something that makes a user say WOW and stay on the site.

Site needs to be fully responsive and have a fully functional with current payment gateway and IP tracking to determine if payment is shown in RS or $ as currently is. WP Blog for blog on site.
