Hi there,
We are looking for someone to design and develop a student accommodation search website.
Domain will be provided later.
What we are looking is to have a responsive amazing website with backend.
The website should be able to showcase the property available for rent by us. There is no third party involved(no third party posting, only by us)
We need user signup-if any student is interested in and is ready to signup for lease he/she will have ID and can access their account which will show their lease agreement(which can be uploaded and stored) and rent due and can pay their rent. Also they will be able to send any messages(with or without attachment) to us or vise versa)
We need back end for us so that we can post and control listing
Backend should include
Posting of property for rent(including features, description, photos and contact us)
Rent control(when rent is due by whom)
Messages from students/tenants.
We always prefer website in wordpress.
Please include similar projects you have done in past or which theme will be used(examples)
Either freelance or company we are looking for long relationship as technical support will be done by developer.
This include graphic design, website design, website testing and everything from scratch.
