Build Two Websites

I have a need for the construction of two websites. One will be very simple and straightforward (only a home page, contact page, and maybe an info page). I already have some specific ideas on what this site will look like, but need someone to execute the mechanics of the build. Will need the basic website construction done (I will supply the graphics), then turned over to me and I will take care of adding the actual content text and then uploading to my hosting company's server.
The second will be more complicated with several pages (home page, products page, contact page, blog page, shopping cart). This site will need to be designed so it can eventually be cloned to two other sites. Again, I will provide graphics and will need the files turned over to me so I can input the content for each page and then upload to my web hosting server. Collaboration by Skype is a MUST, so if you are not comfortable with spoken English, please do not bid. I am on the East coast of the USA (Eastern Daylight Time Zone).
