I work for an accountancy firm and we are looking to create a modern website & app. We want to have a client area where the client has their own personal login and has an area to ask questions, leave us feedback, and has the option to see the status of their financial accounts i.e. currently in progress, accounts reviewed, your accounts have been posted to you, etc. I have attached a word document with more details.
