Drama Academy Casting

I have started building my website in conjunction with my designer, but he now has decided he cannot give what I need and has suggested I need a designer with more experience in WordPress than him. The website is [login to view URL] which will be an interactive casting agency. Format below: Please remember I am not a designer bu do know what I want, so excuse the non technical language! The site needs to be tidied up and made functional:
1. POS: When pressing ‘sign up’ message should read ‘3 Months Free, then £12 p/m’
2. The Performer should be able to upload image onto their profile page then submit profile
3. Performers should be able to upload a short video mp4, or other format no more than 500mb
4. When ‘Performers Registration Form’ is completed and submitted they should be taken to their account page
5. Once registered Performers should have the option to download their own cv onto into a blank template (yet to be designed) preferably using a PIN which gives access to this cv download feature to Casting Directors as well
5. Casting Directors should be marked as ‘pending’ for approval once registrtion form is completed
6. Logo wording Drama Academy Casting (Lobster font) )should be dark gree against light Yellow shadow, this changed when I upgraded the licence and I don’t know how to get it back again.
I am wanting to go live in about 1 month
Do I need all these licences? I’ve spent about $150 on them, so if I don’t need them, then I’ll get a refund. Presumably they give me the option to make minor changes?
