I Need template for indesign 4 page newsletter b&w ...

Need template for indesign use on Mac for 4 page newsletter in b&w tabloid size folded to 8.5 by 11 and folded in half again for self mailer.

Have Word doc from last months newsletter to use as master.

I will need to be able to make minor changes to it depending on the size of articles and photos placed in the newsletter.
