I'm a C# MVC/JavaScript real estate engineer programmer who is color blind and lacking graphic and content abilities. I'm just completing integrating a custom IDX solution and need the appearance updated to complete the redesign. I also am the primary broker selling the apartment buildings so I prefer to sell real estate than create web designs.
Project A
1. I want a great graphics person to update the feel of the pages to a very conservative yet modern look for Multifamily apartment buyers and sellers. The CSHTML web pages are written in Bootstrap 4.0. so I prefer all the code to be in bootstrap.
Project B
2. I want content improved and optimized for SEO and then set up a Google Adwords and SEO program.
