Small magazine/brochure design and lay-out

We need several small (8-16 pages) e-magazines (print-quality PDF) designed over the next few weeks and then on an ongoing basis. Content will be one or two articles in each, with photos. We have an existing style guide and I can send over a template idea but will work with the successful bidder to refine the lay-out into a final template. We'll also need a logo/masthead-style graphic which will be used across these products.
To begin with we're commissioning one of these pieces of work but assuming all works out OK with that trial project we'd almost certainly retain the same freelancer for the rest of the work so this could become a very regular gig.
