Update an Existing 12 Page Corporate Brochure into a New Format/Design

We have a current 12 page Company Brochure that we need re-worked into a new more modern design. We already have an Illustrator File with ideas for new layout (so you don't have to design from scratch), but need a freelancer who can:
* copy the existing text content into a new design/format
* create a modern new front page for our Corporate Brochure
* with base of 4 new layout design in Illustrator files, create 12 pages using similar design to this template (or can be improved or re/worked if more or less pages are required when text is put into new format)
* have a library of stock photos to include throughout the Brochure that are appropriate for a Corporate Brochure and that relate to our text and real estate industry to include
* Design the right colour scheme using our colour palette
* Make the Brochure have a corporate and professional look.
* Provide the files back in an editable raw Illustrator format so we can make changes in future
I do require a freelancer who provides good communication and is happy to work with any changes so we can get the right end product, and fully understands the requirements of the job.
