Mailchimp template fixing - responsive design will not work

Hi
We have designed a template ([url removed, login to view]) for use in mailchimp and when we send the entire template HTML as a normal campaign to our litmus account to check rendering it all works fine - the responsive design works.

However when we use the exact same code as a template (and dont update it at all) it no longer works and the design is not responsive even though it is the exact same code.

We need someone to change the HTML template so that it still works when used as a template in mailchimp - the responsive design still has to work on mobile devices.
Please do not apply for this if you are not an expert in mailchimp templates.
