Bootstrap HTML - Frontend job. Only Experienced!!!

Hello,
I am using a HTML admin panel downloaded from themeforest. The template is built with Twitter Bootstrap.
Need to customize some UI elements it in, add 4 new pages, fix some styling issues, and some assistance maybe needed using inspect element on Skype live screen cast or TeamViewer.
All of the above work should be completed in 2 days. I have the designs & specifications.
One of the pages that is needed to be developed today is attached with this message. Before sending other 3 pages, I need to do screen cast first. Live screencast is needed also with this first page because some hover effects cannot be explained with a screenshot.
I shall leave a negative review if job not done timely and according to the specifications. So, do not bid if you are not an expert in Bootstrap.
My budget is 80$ for this project. But if the job is done well, I shall give a bonus.
This is a front-end job only and not back-end. Mention 'HTML' in your bid.
