Populate e-commerce website

I need to populate an e-commerce webiste.
The job consists in searching for product images, crop an resize them, edit some texts and fill-in some parameters in the products' pages.
The website is based on Joomla and Virtuemart and it's in two languages, English and Italian.
Some HTML knowledge may be helpful but is not strictly necessary.
