I need a website calculator built as below...
The calculator will be added to a WordPress site.. So program it in a way what it can be easily added maybe through a woody snippet plugin then using a short code to add to needed pages..... I will added it to the site once you finish creating the calculator.

HOW TO CALCULATE:

Base address miles to start address + miles to end address + miles back to start address + miles back to base = total miles ($1 per mile)
Hours:
Hours will have a chart of prices like below use date to determine day of week and use appropriate chart of pricing hours
Friday & Saturday
1 Hour. $180 per hour
2 Hours. $160 per hour
3 Hours. $140 per hour
4 Hours. $120 per hour
5 Hours. $120 per hour
6 Hours. $120 per hour
7 Hours. $120 per hour
8 Hours. $120 per hour
9 Hours. $120 per hour
10 Hours. $120 per hour
Sunday – Thursday
1 Hour. $165 per hour
2 Hours. $145 per hour
3 Hours. $125 per hour
4 Hours. $110 per hour
5 Hours. $110 per hour
6 Hours. $110 per hour
7 Hours. $110 per hour
8 Hours. $110 per hour
9 Hours. $110 per hour
10 Hours. $110 per hour
Trolley type:
Carriage (-19% of miles+hours)
Luxury
Tuxedo Wedding (+27% on top of miles+hours)
Miles ($1 per mile) + hourly charges + apply trolley type percentage * number of trollies = $FIRST_TOTAL
hours example = Monday - 4 Hours: $165 + $145 + $125 + $110 = $545.00
hours example = Monday - 6 Hours: $165 + $145 + $125 + $110 + $110 + $110 = $765.00
Date surcharges ( I need two date surge charge categories )
10% & 30%
10% = list of dates that apply
30% = list of dates that apply
$FIRST_TOTAL + Date surcharges = $SECOND_TOTAL
$SECOND_TOTAL + additional options = $Grand_Total
