SEO google first page for various dating sites

Hi there,

First page (top ten results) for google. This is for 16 sites each with a keyword as detailed below. Please PM me for site name urls.

***Payment will only be made per site when a top ten ranking for [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] is achieved for the keyword targeted for each site. I am happy to put some funds in a Freelancer escrow account so that when the target is achieved funds are automatically released. The payment is £60 per site (one keyword per site) followed by another

£60 per site if the site remains in the top ten of both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for 6 consecutive months.

Links building should follow accordingly:

- Strictly no black hat, grey hat and other unethical SEO Spam techniques. Only white hat methods and ethical work will be accepted.

- Backlink pages must relate to dating.

- Link pages and our links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.

- Links must be permanent, static html links.

- One way links only, no reciprocal links.

- No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.

- No use of automated software or bots.

- No links from under construction pages.

- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.

- No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.

- No paid traffic sites.

- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.

* Links that are not approved must be replaced by service provider.

As per the PM from the likely winning bidder the terms for this project have been changed to:-

£3,000 with £1500 being put in Freelance milestone account. Payment is on a success fee basis for the 16 sites and specifically number one ranking for keyword search in google.com and google.co.uk for each site.
