Online Sales Agent Wanted - Must be based in Canada - Work from Home Opportunity

Property rental company in GTA is seeking an online sales assistant.

Our service is based in GTA, however, this is a work from home opportunity and we will consider all candidates who reside in Canada. Location is not an issue.

Our system relies mainly on text/ email communication with clients, however, there will be some clients who wish to talk on the phone. You must be able to converse fluently in English (Canadian or American english preferred).

You need access to reliable WIFI at your home. You can work at coffee shops in your proximity at your leisure. The flexibility to work from any place that offers WIFI is your choice.

Must have had prior experience in sales, not necessarily in real estate, but you should understand the sales mindset and be a self motivator.

A daily routine will be responding to email/ text inquiries, providing property updates for your leads, scheduling appointments for our agents in Toronto, etc.

The hours are flexible however, you need to follow up on all inquiries before the client looses interest.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission on Closed Deals

Base Salary - $800/ month

Commission is on a tiered basis. You have the opportunity to earn $2000 - $3000 per month.
