we are a Melbourne based small commercial/residential construction company with the foresight to grow into a much larger company, we would like to start the process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification for quality management. We are requiring all documents needed to establish, implement and maintain a quality management system suited for an Australian construction company to meet and achieve ISO 9001 certification. including but not limited to a quality policy and quality objectives, a quality manual and documented procedures and checklist/records required by ISO international standards. Basically all documents necessary to ensure effective planning, operation and control of all processes to achieve ISO 9001 certification.
