REGULAR EXPRESSIONS JAVA CONSOLE PROGRAM

I need a program (Java 8 console program with code) with the following 4 features (attach the input for example and output result folder expected of the program)
Program invocation:
java CleanHTMLFiles "c:/temp/inputexample" (Invocation example)
PLEASE: Good code, javadoc in each method and important comments, USE MAVEN please, divide into methods, not all in main.
FEATURES (for clear check the file attached)
1) The input are some folders (into parent folder) with many HTML files (spanish with accents, please use correct encoding) for each subfolder (only i put 3 files for example , but i have 800 or more files) the program must be support any files into any folders (into a 1 parent folder)
2) With regular expressions i need clean the HTML files only leave 2 parts of the HTML:
a) The text of the "Week and topic" (Week or Semana in spanish there are two options) (check output examples and compare with input examples)
b) 1 tag ul with id="lessonItems"
3) Before remove the div with id="sequence" you need for each file create a txt with the same name, the contents have:
a) The URL (1) in the function return openSite('...URL..'); (check txt output folder)
b) All values for mediaplayer (urls mp3 or x formats on the examples all are mp3 but can be whatever url) (1....or many URLS) (check txt output folder)
4) Create the same subfolder structure like the last point b) for download the files in the folder corresponding. (check audio in output folder )
Prefix the url for download files is.... [login to view URL]
For example:
[login to view URL]{47F12C31-FE3E-4728-AB39-A755798432AC}/{47F12C31-FE3E-4728-AB39-A755798432AC}.[login to view URL]

Fix the structure with more folders example, i forget 1 folder level.
