Reaction time in regards to visual and auditory stimuli - repost

THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST TO SEE IF IT IS POSSIBLE AND THE OPTIONS FOR ALTERATION AFTERWARDS. I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH COMPUTER LANGUAGE THAT IS NECESSARY. THIS IS FOR A PSYCHOLOGICAL PROJECT FOR A THESIS.

In total there will be 100 trials (one example is displayed in the attached) with different stimuli:

25 trials: Congruent response (control condition) (Only visual stimuli)

25 trials: Incongruent response (only visual stimuli)

25 trials: Congruent response (visual and sound of color)

25 trials: Incongruent response (visual and sound of color)

At the end all data will be shown, i.e. reaction time (total and for each response) and number of correct answer/trial. This data needs to be saved as a PDF document (click a button to save it as pdf). This pdf should be emailed to the researcher.

More details will be provided if there are any interests to produce this and I would also need the cost.

The code must be ready for a website use with all included. (all graphic shown in the attached example will be provided).

I have attached a file how I want the program to look like.
