Implement Payment Page

Need to implement a bill pay payment page on a Wordpress site today. The page will collect additional information like invoice number and customer number that the client will use to match up to an existing invoice. The user will manually enter the amount to pay. The payment is processed similar to stripe, using a javascript library to capture credit card details via a modal window which are tokenized and then submitted to the processor along with the additional fields. API documentation is available. It's important that this is completed today, 4/4 and ready for client review the morning of 4/5 morning
