I am looking for a development expert to integrate Zabbix and ManageEngine Service Desk. I need a specific integration between the two for ticket creation and synchronization. Zabbix should create and close tickets on ManageEngine service desk API.
technical specifications :
- developper should use the java script within the linked template

- the current basic java script creates for now a ticket at ManageEngine SD. But after creating the ticket, Zabbix should receive the ticket ID from ManageEngine and should paste the ID to zabbix trigger as a tag.
- When Zabbix closes the opened trigger, the same script should reach ManageEngine RestAPI and should close the opened ticket with the tag ID at ManageEngine.
- No Python, no other languages ! Everthing should work on JavaScript in Zabbix

I do not currently have any other systems integrated with either Zabbix or ManageEngine Service Desk, but my timeline for this project is very important as I need it done as soon as possible. If you have the expertise and experience necessary to complete this task, I would like to hear from you.
