2 Medical Abstract Writing FIXED INR 1550 ONLY , Deadline 10 days, 5 days for each Abstract

We Need two abstracts for Medical College Presentation On -

1) High Value Care---

Projects that focus on: reducing waste in the system (unnecessary testing and treatment or inappropriate setting for care), minimizing harms (radiation exposure, medication side effects), or improving patient care through communication (incorporating patient values and concerns into care plans).

2) "Quality Improvement & Patient Safety"----

Submissions can report on efforts to improve patient safety or outcomes measurement. Such efforts may be projects developed and initiated to promote patient safety and/or processes that have improved or created a safer environment for patients. Abstracts may also be submitted that relate to the use of outcome data, how to measure and convert data into information.

You have to write original abstract on above two topics , it should be original, no palgarism should be there , you can take help of previously done researches and clinical trials but it should not be completely copy pasted, and abstract must be in following format ----

TITLE followed by INTRODUCTION followed by METHODS followed by RESULTS followed by CONCLUSIONS followed by REFERENCES

1) Note that Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion field should not exceed a total word count of 500

2) Title & Reference should be there, these can be as long as needed as these does not have any maximum word count.

Guideline For How to write about Each Section for your better understanding ----

a) For TITLE :

Write out 6 to 10 key words found in the abstract and string them into various sentences. Once you have a sentence that adequately conveys the meaning of the work, try to condense the title yet still convey the essential message

b) For INTRODUCTION :

Make the first sentence of the introduction as interesting as possible. If space permits, provide a concise review of what is known about the problem, addressed by the research, what remains unknown, and how your research project fills the knowledge gaps. The final sentence of the introduction describes the purpose of the study's hypothesis.

c) For METHODS :

In most cases, the following areas are mentioned: research design, research setting, number of patients enrolled and how they were selected, a description of the intervention (if appropriate), and a listing of the outcome variables and how they were measured. Finally, the statistical methods used to analyze the data are described.

d) For RESULTS :

Describe the subjects that were included and excluded from the study and why. Next, list the frequencies of the most important outcome variables. If possible, present comparisons of the outcome variables between various subgroups within the study. Numerical results should include standard deviations or 95% confidence limits and the level of statistical significance. If the results are not statistically significant, present the power of your sudy (beta-error rate) to detect a difference.

e) For CONCLUSION :

Conclusions must be supported by the data presented in the abstract. Never present unsubstantiated personal opinion. if there is room, address the generalizability of the results to populations other than that studied and the weakness of the study.

f) For REFERENCE ::

Be sure to include all references. This section does not contribute to your overall word count.

Your Abstract should be Evidence Based & Research Based whereas it should not have been already published or presented at any National or Regional Seminar/Meetings.
