Android Application Module

Hello

We are looking for expert Android developer which can write one module for our app.

We need the functionality to blur the image on touch. So the developer needs to write the code which will used imageview drawable to make the touch work and rest of the code in C++ using JNI. We need that touch should be transferred to cpp file and then blur done at that particular area where the user has touch on that image.

We will require all source code for this application.
