Design Screen for Blackberry application

I have screen design ready for my application.

In first phase of this project i will need all screen working on black berry application. with all event ready.

I do not need any code for save , edit load etc operation. it's just i need a code when i run this it should run the same screen in mobile and if i press button it simply opens next screen.

It's very simple task but will gv me idea about developer quality.

if this job is well done i will assign next project for development.

Note: I have urgent need of this so u should be able to deliver them within 1-2 days.

I WILL PROVIDE ALL GRAPHICS.
