Our requirements as follows:
- We prefer AndEngine to be used as a game engine for this project, if you have different option please share with us.
- The game scenario is attached and explaining each scene and the screen function.
- The game will be upgraded regularly and we need it to dynamically load the resources, for example to add a new car we will add the graphics and the car specs XML file to the resources folder and compile the game.
- The same is applied for the tracks, to add a new track we will include the world file and resources and compile the game, at runtime it will load the track dynamically.
- The game will run on tablets or mobile devices.
- Game graphics and music are not required, you can use simple free graphics or music and we will replace them later based on your recommendations and guidance.
