The target is to create a simple android app (API level 8 and above) that generate the next filters:
1. filter mono (black/white)
2. filter pencil
3. filter x-ray
4. termal

The app will allow the user to:
1. View the effect in realtime (as a preview)
2. start recording
3. stop recording
4. save to sdcard
No fancy GUI is required.
