I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. The game will be 3d,2d, or pixel(depends on the budget). it will be turnbased rpg similar to summoner's war with guilds, loot, pvp, achievements, save progress.
Im not sure how much budget it needs so if you think more budget means better graphics and special effects then Im flexible and can call this phase one and continue working on the in a later time.
Also it will require designing characters and levels. and I hope later it will be feasible to add voice lines and maybe short animated videos
Edit: After conversing with freelancers, it appears that my budget will never be enough for an rpg, so instead I would prefer a single player idle clicker like battleborn tap or almost a Hero or platformers.
So the Game will have the same concept as the games mentioned above, at first you will deploy one hero character with an ultimate skill and progress through endless stages and when you reach a certain stage you can unlock new characters and you then can deploy a maximum of 3 characters. also the game should "prestige" after a certain level of stages to earn more a reward. The game should be designed from scratch as I don't have designs for characters or stages.
edit: for budget I can go from 5k to 10k max by the end of the year depending on end product and timeline
