I have a responsive Ruby on Rails Web Application using Devise authentication gem.

I need an iOS and android container app built.

All I need to do is load our responsive ruby on rails web application into an iOS application and an Android application with a splash screen.

When the user logs into the web application from the Android or iOS app they need to remain logged in until they log out themselves.

My current rails app:

Rails v5.2

Ruby v2.2.6

Devise gem (for authentication)

I can supply the rails app and staging url if you need.
