La aplicación básicamente será una herramienta para que cobradores (viajantes) puedan realizar la cobranza de los clientes de la compañía en forma online u offline, utilizado móviles, Tablet o PC.

La base de datos de la aplicación va a ser Azure SQL y es imprescindible la funcionalidad de trabajo offline y sincronización.

Se adjunta documento con una breve descripción de funcionalidad. La descripción técnica se suministrará en etapas posteriores.
