Need to create an application to reduce traffic accidents because of the use of mobile phone whose basic functions would be:
- When the device is moving at a speed exceeding 15 km / h, automatically turn off voice connections and data, which are automatically activated when the speed is lower than the 15 km / h.
- In the event that a handsfree voice system were detected, the app will only activate voice connection, but not the data connection (basically to avoid annoying messages such as whatsapp, etc...)
- The application may be disabled in case of the device holder were not the vehicle driver.

Necesitaria crear una aplicación para reducir los accidentes de tráfico por culpa del uso del teléfono mobil cuyas funciones básicas serian:
- Cuando el dispositivo se esté moviendo a una velocidad superior a los 15 km/h, se apagaran automáticamente las conexiones de voz y de datos, y se vuelven a activar automáticamente cuando la velocidad es inferior a esos 15 km/h.
- En el caso que se detecte un sistema de manos libres de voz solo se activará la conexión de voz, pero no la de datos ( básicamente para evitar los molestos mensajes tipo whatsapp, etc )
- La aplicación se podrá desabilitar en el caso de no ser el conductor del vehículo.
