Looking to have a coder build the basic frame for an App that takes the user through a decision tree. As you progress through a branch of the tree, there would be yes/no questions that depending on the answer would lead to either another question, or would generate a recommendation, or list of recommendations once the end of the branch is reached. We would be looking to allow for users to log in and would like to be able to save the data to be reported via email.
