This is a very simple job for you to get some rating. I need a MySQL Schema built based on a CSV File.

Acceptance Criteria

The schema will be deemed valid if data from the CSV is inserted into mySQL DB and query correctly. Insertion of the DB is not within the scope of this prokect.
