The software should be a simple web helpdesk that does the following:
1. Has system users: an administrator and any other user.
2. Has a section for FAQs that the users can view.
3. The admin should be abLe to add/delete/edit FAQs
4. If a user’s complaint is not included within the database of FAQs, the user can send a message by supplying details like email adress for feedback
5. User get feedback through email.
