Small Modification of Asp.Net page.

I want to make some modifications on the following page.
[url removed, login to view]
User : quranteaching
Pass : Yesandno@123
MODIFICATIONS:
1)- [url removed, login to view] page requires 'logged in' user to access it but we need it to be accessed without login authentication.
2)- The above link works well when it's accessed directly ( [url removed, login to view]
), But When it's embed in Iframe on this page ( [url removed, login to view] ) then it shows this error ('Browser not supported' ), BUT after changing 'document mode' (by pressing F12) to 'IE 10 or older' then it starts working. We will have it working when it's embed in Iframe.
NOTE-1: It works on 'Intenet Explorer' only.
NOTE-2: You need to enable Activex to make it working.
NOTE-3: You can access the source code on the server via RDP with the above IP and credentials. Path for source, path: c:\windows\web
