ReactNative or Xamarin app for displaying symbol tick information

10-hour initial work totalling in 350 usd in react native (or xamarin) on a remote connection development server as a team member with constant communication with another developer not experinced on ReactNAtive/Xamarin. This project requires exclusive right on source codes , with no copying allowed outside of the development server and no duplicate work for 1 year.

The library for the tick updates will be provided to the developer.
