The Spoils - Resizing of images (from PSD/PDF/TIF to jpgs)

We have a bunch of images (total of 1500 or so divided into 6 batches) that we would like to have converted into something we can use for a gallery on our website.

I imagine this can easily be done using a PhotoShop batch processing - I just can't figure out how to do it myself :-)

On about half of of the images you will also need to first cut away a black border, but this is in the same place on all the images, so again this shoudl be possible to do with a PhotoShop action, so I don't expect there to be all that much work on this one. Might just be that the longest time will be spent downloading the 50-60 Gb of images :-)

Outside of this assignment there may well be others like this that we can work on in the future. So it could be more than just a one-shot assignment.
