AUTOCOMPLETE Custom Search Bar for Website

Hello All,
I am looking for a custom search bar with an AUTOCOMPLETE function for a wordpress site (not related to wordpress search function). The search result items would be pre-determined and I would need the ability to add/remove new items (this can be done with coding as long as you can provide me with instructions). The result items would link to a set pages on the site when clicked (all of which would be unique, would also need to be able to edit these easily when adding in new result items). So for example:
Result 1 -->When click links to--> [url removed, login to view]
Result 2 -->When click links to--> [url removed, login to view]
Result 3 -->When click links to--> [url removed, login to view]
-I would like results from autocomplete to show after 1 or 2 characters are typed(would be nice to be able to adjust this though, even if it means diving into the code)
-I would like to limit the results to display to 5-10 results as there will eventually be thousands of search items. Would also like to be able to adjust this if possible.
-I would also like if the result items had a highlight feature when mouse hovered over (see attached)
-Would like the search bar to look good, and have a slightly larger that normal font as it will be directed toward elderly client.
-I must be able to add and remove search item results easily either from wordpress admin panel or from coding if you can provide instructions
Need the ability to place this search bar anywhere on the site.
Please see attached, I like the style of the one in the picture doesn't have to look the same but shows general idea.
Please provide an example if possible.
