Details:
A. REGISTRATION: Php _______
B. BINARY
• Payout ratio: 1:1 for the 1st 200 Paid pairs
2:1 on the 201st – 1000 pairs
2:2 on the 1001 – up pairs
• Product Gift Check for every 5th Pair
• Daily Payout
• Maximum Paid pairs per day is 12 (must not be fixed. with flexibility in the binary settings admin panel of changing to 10, 14 or 16 pairs)
• No Strong Leg Retention when Flushed out.
C. UNILEVEL
• 10 Levels deep (proposed level. Must be flexible. Might add another 2 levels after 6 months.)
D. NETWORK
• Maximum number of accounts per person - 7 (1-7)
• Excess account will be automatically blocked.
E. PAYOUT
• All payouts are subject to 10% Withholding Tax
• Less Php30 Service Fee (must be flexible in the config panel)
F. INCOME
• Direct Referral - Php ______
• Pairing - Php ______
• 5th Pair product worth the amount of 1 pair.
G. OTHERS
• Car and Travel rewards
• Yearly Profit Sharing Based on Number of Shares. Identified by rank.

NOTE:
1. We are looking for a solution where we can easily customize MLM Software with Binary and Unilevel Features and sell it further.
We want you to create an environment where we can set the following things without any programming knowledge.
2. The above points should be kept Flexible/Variable and we should be able to change it according to clients requirements without doing any programming.
3. The Freelancer must use English as language to develop and he/she must hand over the complete working source code to us for selling it further.
We want you to develop the web based software ERROR FREE and PERFECT with CALCULATION.
4. MUST BE RICH IN FUNCTIONALITY, DESIGN & SECURITY!!!!

6. All the functionalities of an MLM CORPORATE SOFTWARE must be present. refer to [login to view URL]
7. Must be programmed based on the globally accepted language and setup. So that further enhancements can easily adopted to the system. This is important to keep the system updated with the latest trend and functionality.
8. Bidder must have a complete knowledge on the Binary Compensation and must have work several Binary sites. In other words, Experienced on the binary field is highly required. A must. Not an option.
9. Assurance of stability and bug free. Technical Support is a MUST... If you cant provide this, please dont bid. Time is very important to us. Freelancer must be of good reputation.
10. Need to have the project done on or before 1st week of December 2011.
