Hosting Reseller Help

I am a hosting reseller for a respectable company. What I would like to do is advertise the hosting plan on my website, have forms for new customers who need hosting to sign up, and have them be able to pay online through PayPal or send in a money order. I currently have a PayPal account as an individual, but I do not have a merchant account. Business will be slow at first, so I’m not looking to pay a monthly fee for a merchant account. I would rather pay a percentage of my sale. Sales will probably be less than $300 a month.

What I need from the consultant/programmer is:

Consulting on the best way to receive payments

Setting up a SSL certificate if needed

Setting up a merchant account if needed

Programming the Secure Forms(contact info, domain registration, login information(FTP), payment forms)

Once a consultant/programmer has been selected I will release the name of my web design company and my domain name and also the domain name and company name of the company I re-sell for and the prices for my hosting. I will also release my FTP information.

I already have a website up for my web design company and it lists my hosting features, but everthing else has not been done. The developer is welcome to add an Access or SQL database to my site if necessary

I need a consultant that will be available through MSN Messenger for optimal communication.

Form specifics are attached.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
