Upgrading an oscommerce based shop

the store is already up on server,
and most of the needed contributaions are already installed.
the Requirements from the programmer are:
- **Implementing a full website design.
(you get the design from me - you just need to implement it on the shop)

- adding an "ordering options" static page
- adding an "About us" static page
- add option to print an order inorder to fax it
- add a "cell-Number" field in the customers details
- Implementing contibution "product options on product page" - in the admin
- Remove "Billing Address" option
- calculate shipping cost according to orders total weight + 3 shipping options
- Shaping the order's look in the confirmation e-mail
- add another option to order's status ("Updated")
- Improve the poll's appearance. (polls system already installed)
- "BestSellers" appears on the opening page (instead of "new products")
- "special " appears instead of "Best Sellers"
As you can see - for an experienced php programer who knows the Oscommerce system this should not be to difficult.
**Very important** - the requirements list is not final and there might be several more minor requirements.
**the most important thing for me is to know that the programmer is "with me" untill the shop is ready to go.**

shop has been tested by me and is ready to go according to my requirements and has the new design.
