I am working on a website and would like to have a professionally designed logo for the site. Possibly even a flash-like splash screen if possible. My website deals with health science education and testing. The site's name is "CardioVascular Registry Review" and the domain name is "[url removed, login to view]" I'd like the logo to be professional but catchy. I'm not sure exactly what i'm looking for, but I think i'll know it when I see it. Would like to receive bids and hear and see your ideas or samples before awarding the contract.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
