Custom Flash Slidder/Video Player

We would like to create a custom flash slidder that has the following characteristics:

1) the visual aspect of this flash widget

with the ability to show an image of the video specified in an XML file with a title above the image

2) when the user clicks the image, it should open up a full screen window of the video like

with the video title, the video, and the ability to rate the track with a logo if possible.
