Flash/HTML Membership Site

Hello I'm looking for someone that can help me develop a website for a client of ours. The coder must be well versed in flash as we'd like the site to be in .php. The header and perhaps side will be in flash. The pages required are:

Home (on bottom left hand side of page) not a required button

NEWS / ABOUT / GALLERY / ONLINE STORE / Become a Member / Management

I need somoene to

1. Create a very attractive site using the colors, black silver, grey and white. Nice Animation. Intro has already been put together, for those that would like to see: [login to view URL]

2. Create a membership Template and function that will allow users to register username and password to log in.

3. Create an admin portion to the site that will allow user to manage members.

4. Link Store and Membership Area to linkpointcentral gateway. To process credit cards and activate account. Send receipt to customer and receipt to admin.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
