Flash Movie for Seminar Booking

We need a Flash movie with booking funktion for seminars. The main screen shall show a Date List where the visitor can choose a proper date. After that the main screen shall show a conference table with 8 seats Already booked seats should replaced by an stilizied person like those on emergency plates or these sports icons. First the Visitor can choose a date from a list of 5 Date Entries. The visitor can click on one seat. Then a form will show up where he can place his data in it. The following data should be possible to enter: Title, Name, Surname, Company, Website, Email, Phone, Commentary Field Title, Name and Email must be mandatory fields After clicking on the send button an email with the inserted date will sent to us and the visitor get an confirmationmail with the date, adress and an pdf with the directions of the seminar The selected seat must then shown as "booked" In administration mode there must be the possibility to enter new dates for seminars, adresses for the seminars, upload the pdf with the directions, deleting booked seats, changing the receiving mail for the bookings When placing a new date in the backend the tool must ask how many places already shown as "booked" In the Front End only the next 5 Date should be shown There must be the possibility to place min 20 dates for the future Seminars older than one day will not longer shown in the Date list. The whole conversatio in the movie have to be in german. We provide you with the needed translations. If any questions feel free to contact us before starting work and doing something in double. The Flash Movie will be placed on a website. So it must run under even low connections. And it should optimized for the newest versions of internet explorer and firefox and macromedia flash player

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
