I am interested in discussing with a coder who can develop web site templates for photo albums web site . Provision will be made for caption to be added to each photo. This will be database driven and the user will be able to edit the captions on each photograph. The web site should provide functionality for uploading of photos from the User's computer. Attached to the Web site will be a photo editing application [tool] that is similar in functionalities to Picasa2. Users will be able to download this application and use freely do edit their photos before uploading to specified web sites. The Public will be able to register, upload photos but such photos are open to everyone to view. The free users will register before using the site. They will also have access to post 150 photos on their site for free. Free users will have to view advertisements along with their photos. On the other hand, authenticated [premium] users will have secured access to their photo albums. They will have free domain name registration and an unlimited uploading of photos. The authenticated users are the fee paying users while the public are users who have not paid to use the service. Please, prospective bidders should note the followings: The Album should have a cover page. Also, the site will have a home page with the followings as some of the events you can upload to the site: Weddings, Holiday, Birthdays, Travels. These are also preffered in templates such that more can be added. The various events will need to have themes. Please make sure the pages fade as new page is called up. users will have the opportunity of selecting slide view or mouse click options.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
